The 2040 Portland Freight Plan (2040Freight) is an update to and builds upon the City’s 2006 Freight Master Plan and will guide the work of the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) to support safe, equitable, efficient, and sustainable urban freight over the next 20 years.
