4 - What is funded along 122nd?

Information
The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is working with the community to develop a comprehensive plan for improvements along 122nd Avenue. This is Slide 4 of our online open house for the 122nd Avenue Plan: "What is funded along 122nd?"
This image is a map of the funded recommendations.

Since our planning process started, PBOT secured additional funding for several priority improvements along 122nd Avenue. Early planning and community input helped shape these investments.

PBOT crews and contractors will be making the following improvements as we work on other aspects of the plan:

  • Street lighting:
    • NE San Rafael Street to SE Powell Boulevard
  • New crossings at or near:
    • NE Beech Street
    • NE Brazee Street
    • NE Sacramento Street
    • NE Hancock Street
    • NE Broadway
    • NE Wasco Street
    • NE Multnomah Street
    • NE Davis Street
    • SE Clinton Street
  • Road repaving and restriping:
    • NE Broadway to Halsey Street
    • SE Powell Boulevard to Foster Road
  • Upgrades to intersections where 122nd Avenue crosses:
    • SE Stark Street
    • SE Division Street
    • SE Holgate Boulevard
    • SE Foster Road*

*Improvements on SE Foster Road will be limited to a protected left turn signal until PBOT secures more funding for additional changes.
