Between NE Sandy Blvd and SE Stark St PBOT is proposing the following improvements:

• Adding a new signal at NE Stanton to improve safety and traffic circulation.
• filling gaps in street lighting 
• adding protected bike lanes
• adding median refuge islands and street trees
• safety improvements at major intersections
• adding bus stop curb extensions
• upgrading all signals, including Northeast Stanton Street.
