Updates to TRN-15.01 - New Mobility - Shared Electric Scooters

PBOT is updating TRN 15.01 – New Mobility – Shared Electric Scooters to reflect the new e-scooter program end date and to clarify the billing process for the Pilot Permit Fee.

The proposed changes are as follows:

  • Updating the end date of the e-scooter pilot program from June 30, 2021 to December 30, 2021 to provide PBOT flexibility to extend the pilot, if necessary, to accommodate changes in the timeline for launching a longer-term e-scooter program (p.1).
  • Clarifying the billing process for the Pilot Permit Fee (p. 23).
  • The amended date in the footer will be finalized after the public comment period.
