Program
Portland in the Streets program at the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) covering all the ways community members and businesses can activate public space. Permits for block parties, outdoor dining, special events, food trucks, vending carts, banners over the street, and so much more.
Utility Management Permits
Program
The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) manages two programs to oversee work in public right-of-way, ensuring utilities are installed, maintained, and removed safely, responsibly, and to City standards. PBOT provides guidance and permits to coordinate project delivery and compliance.
