The Business Support Services team at Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT), permits business uses in the public right-of-way, such as sidewalks and parking spaces. Our permit offerings include Outdoor Dining and Retail permits, Food Trucks spaces, and Sidewalk Vending Carts permits.
