Apply for help managing additional traffic from Covid-19 related activities

Organizations such as food pantries, schools, or health clinics providing direct services related to Covid-19 may apply to the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) for help with traffic control if you expect a temporary spike in vehicle traffic or other traffic disruptions.

The form will take 15-30 minutes to complete. Staff will respond to your inquiry within two business days.

We’ll need to know the precise location for the site and the dates you expect this disruption. Use the PBOT basemap to create a site plan showing your proposed activity. This will help us understand your traffic impact.
