6:20-6:40 – SE César E Chávez Boulevard Safety Project (20 min)

PBOT is working to improve traffic safety on SE César E Chávez Boulevard from Lafayette Court to Schiller Street. Staff will share about the project and the current online open house and survey now open through March 23, 2026.

6:40-7:10 – NE Cully Blvd and 57th Ave Complete Street Project (30 min)

An overview of existing conditions and the recently completed concept design for improvements to NE Cully Blvd and NE 57th Avenue between NE Prescott and Klickitat streets.

7:10-7:50 – Portland's Strategy on Autonomous Vehicles (40 min)
Hannah Morrison, PBOT
PBOT is proposing updates to TRN-14.34 to enable the city to properly manage the testing and commercial operations of for-hire AVs. City staff will provide an overview of proposed changes and solicit feedback for the public comment period for this administrative rule.
