6:20-6:40 – ADA Transition Plan Update (20 min)
Lisa Strader, PBOT’s ADA Coordinator, will present on PBOT’s 2024 ADA Title II Public Right of Way Transition Plan, which was released in March 2025.
6:40-7:50 – Conversation with City Councilor Mitch Green (70 minutes)
Mitch Green was elected to City Council in November 2024 and is one of three councilors representing District 4 (the city’s west side and Sellwood-Moreland/Eastmoreland neighborhoods). Councilor Green serves on four council committees, including the Transportation & Infrastructure Committee, and was one of the co-sponsors of the resolution for the Sidewalk Improvement and Paving Program (SIPP), which could be funded through $200 million in bonds. The councilor will join the committee to introduce himself, his priorities as they relate to the pedestrian-realm, SIPP, and answer questions from the committee.
