The City of Possibility is an ongoing series of talks, charrettes, exhibits, and gatherings about Portland urban design, architecture, and civic ambition. The work is organized by the PDX Design Collaborative in association with the North Star Civic Foundation. Randy and William will talk about the group's work and how the PAC can be involved.
