Kate will provide an overview of PBOT's work-to-date in East Portland, as well as a summary of in-progress and upcoming projects (including the Arterial Streets Strategy to be discussed in more detail later in the agenda).


6:50- 7:35 Transportation Modeling "101" (45 min)

Per the PAC's request, PBOT Traffic Engineering staff will provide a primer on traffic modelling.

7:40-8:25 East Portland Arterial Streets Strategy (EPASS) (45 min)

PBOT staff will brief the PAC on the outputs of the EPASS traffic modelling exercise and articulate how that work will impact PBOT's approach to roadway reallocations/lane reductions on East Portland arterial roadways. Background information about the EPASS work is available online here.
