The Water Bureau will build new connections between the Quail Park subdivision's privately owned water system and the City's existing public water system. We will also replace the Quail Park water system when it reaches the end of its useful life, or by 2039 (whichever comes first).
NE 46th Avenue & Bryant Street Local Improvement District (LID)

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is constructing Local Improvement District street improvements on NE 42nd Avenue, 46th Avenue, & Bryant Street. Phase 1 includes a new traffic signal, curb ramps, crosswalks, sidewalks, street lighting, and trees. Phase 2 includes additional improvements.
SE 89th Avenue & Taylor Street Local Improvement District (LID)

This Local Improvement District (LID) will construct a new traffic signal street at the NE 11th Avenue & Columbia Blvd. intersection, will realign the Oregon Humane Society driveway, and will build new sidewalk.
