LID approved by City Council on June 18, 2008.

Advertised for bids on March 8, 2010; bids opened on March 30, 2010.

Contract awarded to Parker Northwest Paving by City Council on May 5, 2010 and executed on May 27, 2010.

Notice to Proceed issued by the City Engineer on July 9, 2010.

Paving completed on December 9, 2010.

Swale vegetation planting completed on March 18, 2011.

Tree planting completed on April 5, 2011.

Final assessment completed on June 29, 2011.

Project Funding

Property owners funded direct costs of this local improvement district with the Bureau of Transportation funding overhead costs.
