This local improvement district (LID) includes sewer improvements to areas of Royal Blvd, Skyline Blvd, Manor Dr, and Winston Dr.

Project Components

Sanitary sewer improvements were made to serve properties located on the following streets:

  • 200 Block of NW Royal Blvd.
  • 300 Block of NW Royal Blvd.
  • 400 Block of NW Royal Blvd.
  • 200 Block of NW Skyline Blvd.
  • 6300 Block of NW Manor Dr.
  • 6400 Block of NW Winston Dr.

Project Timeline

LID was formed by City Council on April 8, 2009. Final assessment was made by City Council on September 5, 2012.

The Bureau of Environmental Services managed this project, which was completed on February 8, 2012 by Iron Mountain Excavating. 

Project Funding

Property owners funded this local improvement district, with partial funding by the Bureau of Environmental Services, and with most costs guaranteed by the Bureau of Environmental Services.
