NE 46th Avenue & Bryant Street LID

Engineering And Design
The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is constructing Local Improvement District street improvements on NE 46th Avenue & Bryant Street.
Construction anticipated to begin in Spring 2022

What's happening now?

This project is currently in design and is approximately halfway complete.  Right-of-way acquisition has not yet started.

LID formed by City Council on January 16, 2019

30% completed on March 31, 2020

60% design pending

Project Components

Streets include:

  • NE 42nd Avenue from NE Columbia Blvd. to 320 feet north
  • NE 46th Avenue from NE Columbia Blvd. north to dead-end
  • NE Bryant Street (new) from NE 46th Avenue to NE 47th Avenue

Project Funding

Property owners are providing funding for this project with overhead costs funded by the Portland Bureau of Transportation.
