NE Cornfoot Road Corridor Improvements (47th Avenue to Alderwood Road)

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will be repaving NE Cornfoot Road from Airtrans Way to Alderwood Road. Upgrade streetlights and install guardrails. A second project phase in 2026 will add a multi-use path on the north side for people walking and biking.
NE 42nd Avenue Bridge Replacement (over Lombard Street)

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is constructing a new earthquake-ready bridge to provide better access for freight, pedestrians, and people biking. Bridge will fill the gap between the Holman Neighborhood Greenway and the upcoming NE 47th Avenue protected bikeway.
SE Washington St Sidewalk: SE 80th Ave to SE 82nd Ave

Lair Hill Neighborhood Traffic Access Management Project

Implementation Test Winter 2019 to Summer 2020
This nine-month pilot project reduced cut-through traffic in the Lair Hill area south of downtown, keeping regional car traffic heading east on the Ross Island Bridge on safer routes. The project limited through-traffic on narrow residential streets from Dec. 16, 2019 through Sept. 1, 2020.
Cully Neighborhood Street Improvement Project
