SE Holgate Boulevard: Sidewalk Construction 103rd - 122nd Avenues, Crosswalks at SE 108th Place and SE 117th Avenue

PBOT will be making crossing improvements along SE Holgate Boulevard at SE 108th Place and SE 117th Street, and building sidewalk infill along the south side of SE Holgate Boulevard from SE 103rd Street- SE 122nd Street.

What’s happening now?

This project is in design and is expected to start construction in the Spring/Summer 2025. PBOT will do multiple improvements SE Holgate Boulevard, Including: 

  • SE 103rd Avenue - SE 122nd Avenue: Sidewalk construction along the south side of SE Holgate Boulevard. 
  • SE 108th Place: Build a new striped crosswalk and ADA ramps.
  • SE 117th Avenue: Build a new striped crosswalk and ADA ramps.

PBOT will work with local businesses and property owners to mitigate impacts.

Project Funding

The project budget is $583,000 with funding coming from HB 2017, Safe Routes to School, Ped Network and Vision Zero Programs.
