Project Background
City Council formed this local improvement district (LID) on September 5, 2018. Streets include:
- SE 102nd Avenue from SE Woodstock Blvd. to SE Foster Road
- SE Woodstock Blvd. from SE 101st Avenue to 93 feet east of SE 102nd Avenue
Project Funding
Property owners are providing funding for this project with overhead costs funded by the Portland Bureau of Transportation.
