The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will construct pedestrian crossing improvements across I-405 on W Burnside and NW Couch as well as operational improvements for people driving in the area.

Project Background

The project was conceived during the Pearl District Access and Circulation Plan and includes new marked crossings, curb extensions, street lighting and traffic signal upgrades.
