The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will be constructing a multiuse path on the north side of NE Cornfoot Road from NE 47th Avenue to Alderwood Road.

What's happening now?

The 30% design has been completed and is currently under review. Environmental work and Right-of-Way phase is also underway. Project is on schedule to complete design by the end of summer 2026.

Project components

  • Multiuse Path: NE Cornfoot Road, from 47th Avenue to Alderwood Road
  • Upgrade some streetlights and install additional ones.
  • Install new trees in the corridor.

Funding

This $6 million project is funded in part by Metro Trails ($4 million) and HVUT and PCEF.
