Over 180 businesses in Downtown Portland offer their customers discounted or free parking at SmartPark garages. If you’re headed downtown to visit a participating Portland business, you can save on parking at all of the SmartPark public parking garages.
Merchants interested in participating as a validating business can fill out this enrollment form, call SP+ at 503-790-9302, or email smartparkvalidations@spplus.com. Validations are provided as a QR code that customers will scan upon payment at the pay stations in the garages.
If you are visiting one of the businesses listed on this page, be sure to ask about validated parking at SmartPark. Businesses may have a minimum purchase requirement to receive validations.
