Service
Illegally parked vehicles in the public right-of-way can be reported 7 days a week during regular business hours to the Parking Enforcement Division at the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT). All other times, contact Police non-emergency at 503-823-3333.

Reporting should take less than 5 minutes, response times may vary.

Be ready with location information, make and model, color, and license plate (if known). Staff are available and check voicemails regularly at the following times:

  • Monday - Friday: 6:15 a.m. - 11:15 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:15 a.m. - 11:15 p.m.
  • Sunday: 8:45 a.m. - 11:15 p.m.

Outside of these times, you may report illegally parked vehicles to the Portland Police Bureau's non-emergency line
