Report a broken parking pay station

When reporting a broken pay station, please provide us the exact location and a detailed description of the problem.

Locate the identification code on the pay station

Support staff will need a meter code to dispatch a repair technician. If you cannot find the code, locate the nearest cross streets.

Be ready with the pay station identification code (or cross streets) and tell us the specific problem the pay station is having.

Pay for parking at a nearby pay station if needed

Payment is required, even if the closest pay station is broken. Please go to a nearby pay station or use Portland's mobile parking app Parking Kitty:
