10th & Yamhill Bike Room
The bike room entrance is on the westside of SW 9th Avenue between SW Morrison Street and SW Yamhill Street
Amenities
- 32 bicycle racks
- 2 ADA accessible racks
- Each rack is 6' 8" long, 10' 7" between racks
- Bicycle repair station for minor repairs

1st & Jefferson Bike Locker
Access to the bike locker is on the ground floor of the garage. Enter the garage on SW Jefferson St and turn right. The access door is on the north side of the cage.
Bicycle Room Access card must be used to enter the bicycle room
- Renters are not assigned bicycle parking spaces
- Bicycle racks are designed for standard bicycle frames as shown
- No long bikes or cargo bikes
Project529
SmartPark is a proud supporter of Project529, the largest community-powered bicycle recovery service.
All renters are strongly encouraged to register with Project529.
Bicycle Room Terms of Use
- No Smoking or Vaping On Premises
- No person shall violate Federal, State or City laws
- No person shall enter or remain for any purpose other than to park or retrieve a bicycle
- No person shall damage, deface or destroy SmartPark property
- No placing handbills, flyers or poster of any kind in the bicycle room or upon any bicycle
- No person shall engage in conduct that disrupts or interferes with normal operations of SmartPark facilities
- SmartPark and/or it's operator reserves the right to exclude person from entering any or all SmartPark facilities
- No bicycle trailers allowed
- No changing clothing in the bicycle room
- No food or drink in the bicycle room
- A bicycle that is deemed abandoned shall be subject to abandoned bicycle process as outlined in PCC 16.7.330
Prevent Theft
Avoid Being a Victim of Bicycle Theft
- Never hold the door for anyone entering the bicycle room
- Each person entering the bicycle room must use access card
- Lock your bicycle using a quality U-Lock. No Cable Locks
- Remove your valuables
- Report suspicious activity to garage operator or attendant
- No Profit - No Crime!
Exclusion of Liability
SmartPark and its operator are not responsible for the custody of bicycles or property, nor damage thereto, while upon these premises, whether caused by negligence or otherwise
