Advisory Groups

Representatives from neighborhood businesses, residents, and property owners, meets annually to recommend projects, programs, and services to be funded by meter revenue for the Lloyd Parking District.

Comprised of representatives from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), the Homestead Neighborhood Association, and a third party to serve as tiebreaker.

The mission is to advise the City on transportation and parking issues in northwest and support a full range of transportation options within the context of neighborhood livability and economic vitality with the goal of efficiently managing parking and reducing reliance on single-occupancy vehicles.
