Earlier this month, PBOT submitted a statement to the Oregon Department of Transportation in response to the recent supplemental environmental assessment of the I-5 Rose Quarter Project. As Portland’s transportation agency, we believe the project needs more work to meet the conditions of the City's agreement with the Governor and local stakeholders.
