Traffic Advisory: Structural repairs on North Interstate Avenue following damage from winter rainstorms require lane closures on Friday, July 31

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) advises the traveling public that the southbound travel lanes on North Interstate Avenue will be closed between North Tillamook and Russell streets on Friday, July 31 for structural repairs.
