The Portland Freight Advisory Committee (PFC) serves as an advisory group to the Bureau of Transportation and City Council on issues related to freight mobility.

9:00 AM – Regional Flexible Funding Allocation (RFFA)
Grace Cho (Metro) and Zef Wagner (PBOT)
Metro staff will give an overview of RFFA process and PBOT staff will present on the submitted Step 2 applications.

9:30 AM – Intro to the 2045 TSP
Francesca Jones (PBOT)
PBOT staff will give a primer on the 2045 Transportation System Plan (TSP) update and share an opportunity to be involved in the project Community Advisory Committee (CAC).

10:00 AM – Legislative Update

PBOT staff will provide a briefing on the legislative process.
