8:45 AM – PBOT Director Visit

Director Williams will engage with committee members to provide an PBOT’s agency update.

9:00 AM – Vision Zero
Dana Dickman (PBOT)
PBOT staff will provide a briefing of the Vision Zero fatalities report and action plan present to City Council in April.

9:30 AM – Legislation Update
Shoshana Cohen & Mark Lear (PBOT)
PBOT staff will provide a briefing on the legislative process.

9:40 AM – Railroad Industry Overview
David Anzur (Anzur Logistics LLC)
The president of the Oregon Freight Advisory Committee will share about the rail infrastructure system in the region and the railroad industry in general.

10:10 AM – NW St. Helens Road Paving Project
Scott Cohen (PBOT)
As part of a proposed paving project on NW St. Helens Road from NW Lake to Highway 30, PBOT is looking to improve traffic operations including existing bike lanes. Staff will present concept design for changes to NW St. Helens Road and gather feedback from the committee.
