9:00 AM – Regional Freight Delay and Commodity Movement Study

Metro staff will present key findings from the Regional Freight Delay and Commodities Movement Study Final Report; and recommendations for future regional policy and planning efforts to improve commodity movement.

9:30 AM – Portland Urban Forest Plan
Belinda Judelman (Parks)
Parks staff will present information about the Portland Urban Forest Plan update and share ways for you to provide input to help create the plan.

9:50 AM – LID Update
Andrew Aebi (PBOT)
Staff will present an update on Local Improvement Districts (LIDs) and will focus on three (3) new LIDs in the pipeline.

10:20 AM – Public Comments

Members of the public can provide comment and ask questions to the committee and staff.
