Port staff will provide an overview of the two Connect Oregon applications they will be submitting, one marine-focused (the Berth 601 Auto Ship Expansion and Safety project) and one air cargo-focused (the PDX Air Trans Center Ramp Expansion project).

10:05 AM – High Speed Rail Update
Keith Wilson (Titan Freight Systems)
HSR advocate, Keith Wilson, will provide the PFC with an update about ongoing discussions with the Joint Committee on Transportation (JCT), and the Federal Railroad Administration’s (FRA) plans to fund future HSR initiatives.
