The Portland Freight Advisory Committee (PFC) serves as an advisory group to the Bureau of Transportation and City Council on issues related to freight mobility. The PFC was formed in February 2003 and includes both community member volunteers and public agency representatives.

Staff will give an update on the HVUT and Fixing our Streets program to date, including status of funded projects, cost and revenue breakdown, and how the remaining funding is programmed. There will also be a discussion the next round of HVUT and Fixing Our Streets.
