To report an urgent issue, such as an improperly parked scooter, you’ll receive the quickest response by contacting the associated company directly listed below (company contact information is also on every e-scooter).
Submit Feedback to PBOT
If you want to address a specific incident, such as an improperly parked scooter, you’ll receive the quickest response by contacting the company directly (see below).
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 9-1-1.
Report an Urgent Issue
To report an urgent e-scooter issue, such as an improperly parked scooter, it is best to first contact the e-scooter company directly listed below (contact information is also on every e-scooter). Please note:
- Companies are required to have customer service lines available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Companies are required to report to PBOT monthly regarding each complaint and report submitted to them.
- PBOT audits each company’s performance and complaint system on an ongoing basis.
You may always copy PBOT on your report, but we may not be able to respond within a timely manner. To contact PBOT, email email@example.com.
