Bird Community Pricing (black scooters)
Users who demonstrate eligibility for or participation in any federal, state, or local assistance program; people over age 65; veterans; and select community and non-profit organizations

To enroll, download the Bird app, create an account, and then email email@example.com with your full name, phone number, government issued ID or non-profit EIN (if applicable), and proof of eligibility. Proof of eligibility includes, but is not limited to, SNAP/EBT card, utility bill showing low-income program enrollment, a government-issued ID showing age 65+, Medicaid, TANF, HUD, and WIC. Lime Access (green scooters)
Users who demonstrate eligibility for or participation in any federal, state or local assistance program (for example, SNAP or utility bill discounts)
Five (5) free 30-minute scooter rides per day. Additional rides are 50% off ($0.50 to unlock and $0.17 per minute).

Spin (orange scooters)
Users who make less than double the federal poverty level for their household size or are enrolled in one of the following programs:
- Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid

- Free & Reduced Price Lunch
- HUD Housing Choice Voucher
- LIHEAP (Home Energy Assistance)
- Employment Related Day Care
- Women Infants and Children (WIC)
