Parking Climate and Equitable Mobility Transaction Fee

A new fee on parking meter transactions is starting this summer. This transaction fee was designed in alignment with the recommendations from the POEM Task Force to consider how new transportation pricing strategies could be designed to advance mobility, climate, and equity goals in Portland.
