The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) has recently moved to a fiscal year reporting cycle for ramps by request. Historically this was done by calendar year. Due to this change, the new request year does not start until July 1, 2026.

We are currently in the process of updating this web page with the most accurate information as the program has changed recently.
