The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is updating TRN-10.12 - Boring/Test Hole Permits to align with changes being made to the Residential Infill Project (RIP). These changes are administrative in nature and are being made in partnership with the Bureau of Environmental Services, Bureau of Planning and Sustainability and other public works bureaus.
The current version of TRN-10.12- Boring/Test Hole Permits can be found on the portland.gov website. The revised version of this administrative rule can be found at the link below.
The public comment period is open until July 23, 2021. Any comments may be submitted to pbotpolicycomments@portlandoregon.gov and will be reviewed by PBOT staff.
