The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is updating several administrative rules to align with changes being made to the Residential Infill Project (RIP). These changes are being made in partnership with the Bureau of Environmental Services, Bureau of Planning and Sustainability and other public works bureaus.
The three administrative rules being modified are as follows:
- TRN-1.08 Pavement Maintenance Policy & Practice
- TRN-10.12 - Boring/Test Hole Permits
- New PBOT Alley Requirements Administrative Rule
