The Errol Heights Street Improvement Project will pave the neighborhood’s gravel streets, add sidewalks to the two main east-west routes through the neighborhood, add street lights, address drainage issues, and improve water quality in Johnson Creek.

Through the Rose Lane Project, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is helping improve bus speed and reliability on SW Capitol Highway from SW Barbur Boulevard to SW Bertha Court. This project benefits the bus riders who ride TriMet lines 39, 44, 45, 54, 55, 56, 61, and 64.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will oversee construction of a 10-foot concrete sidewalk for pedestrians and people biking on the west side of SE 174th Avenue between Stark and Main streets. Project includes new ADA-compliant curb ramps, marked crosswalks, and street trees.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) has started repaving NE 33rd Avenue between NE Brazee Street and NE Dekum Street, where work will continue through late September.

A Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) project improving access to several schools, parks, and other neighborhood destinations. Includes new sidewalks and crosswalks on SE Duke and Flavel streets, a neighborhood greenway on Knapp/Ogden streets, and a new signalized crossing of SE 82nd Avenue.

This project will design and construct traffic signal safety improvements at locations along SE Holgate Blvd, SE Milwaukie Ave, SE Division St, SE Foster Rd., Sandy Blvd., W. Burnside, NW Glisan St., NE Glisan St., SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway, Broadway/Weidler, SE 102nd, Broadway St.

A landslide above SW Tichner Drive and W Burnside Road occurred in March 2025. As of August 20, 2025, SW Tichner Drive has reopened to all vehicle traffic. Additional work will occur in the area with minimal traffic impacts.
