Published

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is deleting TRN-2.02 - Accident Location Lookup Payment Process.

The process described in the current rule is very outdated. Currently PBOT staff refer people to Ask ODOT, and this updated process is not recommended to be included in an administrative rule.

Portland City Code Chapter 3.12 establishes the authority of the City Administrator regarding this administrative rule.

Changes to this administrative rule will be effective one month after final approval.

Per PCC 1.05 and TRN 16.01 – Administrative Rules and Procedures, PBOT is publishing the proposed administrative rule for 30 days of public comment. PBOT will be accepting public comment for this Tier I update until 5 p.m. on July 25, 2025. Comments on the proposed deletion may be submitted to pbotpolicycomments@portlandoregon.gov. A summary of comments received and the City's response will be posted below.
