Transportation System Plan Update (6:15-7:00)
The Transportation System Plan (TSP) is the 20‑year plan that guides transportation projects, programs, policies, and investments in Portland. Francesca Jones, a PBOT planner is managing the update. Now halfway through the 3‑year work plan for the 2045 update, Francesca and team will share recent progress and ask for feedback to help shape performance measures and the list of candidate major capital projects (pre-project prioritization).
Transportation System Development Charge Program Update (7:00-7:30)
Corinna Kimball-Brown, a Data and Policy Analyst in PBOT, and Rich Eisenhauer an analyst with PBOT's Policy, Resources and Partnerships team, will present information about the TSDC program and the current effort to update it. Transportation System Development Charges have played an important role in funding major capital improvements. They are seeking feedback on how PBOT spends the funds in the future.
