Portland's Promise (6:15-6:45)
In his 2026 State of the City Address, Mayor Keith Wilson laid out an ambitious agenda for Portland's future, including an agenda he calls Portland's Promise. Among this agenda the Mayor wants Portland to lead the nation "as America's highest bike mode city by 2030", which he identifies as a "Moonshot goal". Taylor Zajonc, a Deputy Chief of Staff to the Mayor, will discuss this goal and talk about how to work with Portlanders interested in bicycling to make it a reality.

A Decade of BIKETOWN -- where we are today, the celebration, and where we might go next (6:45-7:30)
PBOT staff Renata Tirta and Anne Brask will provide detailed updates on recent BIKETOWN ridership and an upcoming study that PBOT and Alta Planning + Design conducted on bike share business models as part of the work of creating a long-range strategy for how bike share can be more useful for Portlanders. We will also share the results of a recent Shared Micromobility Community Survey, and plans for the 10-year celebration taking place on July 19th
