Public Comment (6:15-6:20) 

2045 Transportation System Plan (TSP) vision and goals engagement (6:20-7:00)
Senior City Planner Francesca Jones will present an update on the progress of the 2045 TSP and discuss opportunities for the public, committee, and other interested groups to provide “3 Wishes” feedback that will help shape the vision and goals for the future of Portland’s transportation system by the 10/1 deadline. 

Results of 2025 bicycle messaging survey (7:00-7:35)
In November 2024 PBOT put out an RFP to develop and test messages designed to increase the share of people bicycling. This effort built upon recent polling and surveys conducted for PBOT that demonstrated consistent interest in bicycling. Renata Tirta, Manager of PBOT’s Mobility and Safety Programs, Sean Doyle, a Planner at PBOT and Roger Geller, PBOT’s Bicycle Coordinator will present the results of the PCEF-funded survey and discuss next steps for putting the messages to use.

Northwest Diverter Removal Committee Discussion and Public Comment (7:35-8:00)
Continuing committee and community conversation about the Public Environment and Management Organization’s (PEMO) proposal to remove traffic diverters in NW Portland to address safety and livability concerns. Discussion about continuing advice the committee can provide to city agencies.
