Public Comment (6:10-6:15) 

Downtown Sunday Parkways: Satellite Rides (6:15 – 6:30) 
PBOT staff organizing the Downtown Sunday Parkways are offering BAC members the opportunity to plan, organize and lead satellite rides to the downtown event to be held on September 14th. Staff will discuss expected time commitment and desired outcomes. They wish to identify initial interest from BAC members. 

Committee business (6:30 – 6:45)
Finalizing and approval of committee letter regarding advice to the city regarding PBOT’s ongoing projects supporting bike buses on neighborhood greenways. 

Advocacy Agenda: BikeLoud PDX (6:45 – 7:20) 
BikeLoud PDX vice-chairperson Kiel Johnson, in charge of “Action” for the organization, will discuss BikeLoud’s current advocacy focus to help inform the BAC’s advice to city agencies and City Council.

SE 7th and Sandy; Report from the field (7:20 – 7:50) 
On April 13th, Depave, working with Zucker Engineering, BikeLoud PDX, and MobyCon sponsored a field test for designs facilitating the bicycle movement from northbound Sandy to northbound 7th Avenue. Adam Zucker and Aaron Kuhen from BikeLoud PDX will discuss the process used to test the options as a model for future public engagement and seek the committee’s input on preferred options.
