Maintenance Report (6:10 – 6:40) 
Shaylee Robanske, Senior Manager in Maintenance Operations, and Melanie Edmonson, who supervises key maintenance crews, will come update the committee on their plans for the Portland Clean Energy Allocation that will allow for increased cleaning of bike lanes.

Committee Business: Broadway Pave & Paint Letter (6:40 – 6:55)
Jim will lead a discussion to draft a letter regarding the Broadway Pave & Paint project.

122nd Avenue (6:55 – 7:25) 
PBOT is proposing to restripe 122nd Avenue to capitalize on an upcoming paving project between Broadway and Glisan, as well as re-design the intersection of Halsey and 122nd. A later, well-funded project (Safe Streets for All) will install additional safety improvements on 122nd Avenue from Sandy Boulevard to Foster Road with construction beginning in 2028. PBOT staff is seeking committee feedback and answering questions on these upcoming projects.
