Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund Discussion (7:00-7:30)
The Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) is proving to be a significant contributor to Portland's work to reduce planet-warming greenhouse gas emissions. From the start of these efforts bicycle transportation has been counted on to play a big role. Seetha Reem-Rao, Transportation Decarbonization Program Manager for PCEF will discuss PCEF's existing programmatic efforts to encourage increased bicycle use. Her main focus this evening will be the e-bike rebate program.
Project updates (7:30-7:45)
Roger Geller will provide updates on notable capital projects (SW 4th, SW Terwilliger [BES]. SW 6th, NE Broadway-Weidler, Messaging, Neighborhood Greenways-Bike Bus, Bike Bus Wayfinding, Bike lane hardening and other efforts (maintenance).
