Tillamook Neighborhood Greenway (6:10-6:35)
Scott Cohen, PBOT’s neighborhood greenway Coordinator, will discuss and seek feedback on proposed changes to the Tillamook bikeway approaching and through the Hollywood Commercial District.
E-Scooters (6:35-7:20)
Jacob Sherman, Love Jonson and Catherine Ciarlo will discuss with the BAC PBOT’s timeline and process for issuing a Request for Proposals from e-scooter vendors/suppliers for operation in the city. Issues to be discussed include safety and parking, localized restrictions, complaints and customer service, pricing, enforcement and compliance, and equity and community partnerships.
Earthquake Ready Burnside Bridge DEIS Discussion (7:20-7:30)
A brief touchstone follow up to January’s joint BAC-PAC meeting. The project’s Draft Environmental Impact Statement release date was extended to February 5th. The comment period will be 45 days, ending March 22nd.
Hawthorne Pave & Paint Project (7:30-7:50)
Committee discussion about design and parking considerations for buffered versus protected bicycle lane designs.
