This TriMet projectwill extend MAX Red Line service west to 10 additional stations in Beaverton and Hillsboro and add a second track to two sections of existing single track between Gateway and the airport. A new multi-use path will be constructed from the PDX terminal to NE Air Cargo Road, adjacent to the MAX line. At Gateway, the project includes a new platform, north of the existing Gateway that will be accessed via a new multi-use path, which will extend north on a new bridge over I-84 to Gateway Green Park.
