Introductions/Announcements (6:00-6:10) 

Earthquake Ready Burnside Bridge; Network Connections and Operations (6:10-7:00) 

Staff from the project team (Multnomah County, Portland Bureau of Transportation, among others), will discuss and seek committee input on initial options for network connections between the Burnside Bridge, the Eastbank Esplanade and connections to both from the east and west sides of the river. The project team is currently engaged in a process to identify pros and cons of various options in order to develop a final recommendation. 

Micromobility Discussion: Part 2 (7:00-7:50) 

This agenda will pick up on where the conversation left off last month. PBOT staff will share information about Biketown’s re-launch, including year one goals for the program. As part of this next iteration PBOT is seeking feedback on what is and isn’t working and insight for augmenting outreach as part of building a more equitable bike share system. Staff will also share recommendations included in the E-scooter report. These recommendations will be discussed with City Council the day after this meeting.
