In the short term, the Building a Better 82nd Avenue project is designed to enhance safety, setting the stage for future improvements to be integrated over time in alignment with the City’s Transportation System Plan.

Eliot Zone V Parking Permit Webinar and Q&A Session #2

Portland Bureau of Transporation staff will show community members the permit application process and answer questions about the new Zone V parking permit in the Eliot neighborhood. The new permit area goes into effect on October 1.
